Urgh Cats

I love cats! But when Sozzles decided to go for a wee this last time, I had to kick her outside for the night. Here is a diagram of the power setup for my computer: [image] [image] Now imagine you introduced a lot of liquid into the multi-tap. Here is the sequence of events:

Now imagine you introduced a lot of liquid into the multi-tap. Here is the sequence of events:

1. Cat squatted
2. I batted cat off multi-tap
3. The UPS started beeping, saying it was overloading
4. Lights go off and UPS said it had lost external power
5. UPS overloads turning all connected equipment off

Turns out I don't need Detective Dawg there to help me see the problem. I removed the multi-tap and it was almost completely full of cat wee. Not great. God knows how she got it in there because there were plugs in every socket =\
