They are big fat things which shite on ur work and ruin ur PC. Unless.... u r the person running the client, in which case: have fun my children.

How to get rid of Sub7 (S7)
So ur the happless idiot who was stupid enuf to get infected with ye olde matser trojan: Sub 7.

First of i have to laugh. Second: disconnect from the internet.When u have done this there is no way a hacker can get into ur PC as it is not connected to the outside world. Like Podgey sed, run Norton, who yes admittedly does tickle ass from time to time, to try and find the bastard.

i advise u delete it if it is a unimportant file (::DISCLAIMER:: I AM NOT(NOT) RESPONSIBLE IF U DELETE OR QUARENTINE (Cough cough like Podgey did) a vital file). Oh the fun watching Podgey struggle to get the vital file he needed to get Windows to run, out off quarentine. if u do do this, ask him, cuz i have no idea. Still funny tho.

Thirdly: the method i prefer is this. Admittedly u should have a firewall when u serve the net, no matter what. That should stop most of the traffic. Now get to the Sub 7 website and d/l the client as fast as possible. When uve got it disconnect. PHEW! Now run the client (if u run the server ur an idiot and shouldnt b using this stuff). Connect to 127.0.0.1 (thats YOUR IP) with the default port. Connect to it. Go to connection on the menu, then click remove server- everybody is happy. Once uve done this try to connect to ur IP again and u shouldnt b able to.
