Firstly, I've added a few more people to the friends list. Some of the people that used to be on there are still on there, but the list is now ordered by time so the latest updates float to the top and I'm only showing the most recent 7 blogs. Therefore, if you want to feature on there regularly,

Firstly, I've added a few more people to the friends list. Some of the people that used to be on there are still on there, but the list is now ordered by time so the latest updates float to the top and I'm only showing the most recent 7 blogs. Therefore, if you want to feature on there regularly, you need to keep blogging =) Survival of the fittest, etc.

Newcomers this round are: Devlounge, a super place with good web design articles (and the occasional job posting); 456 Berea Street, another web design/dev blog; Weebl's Stuff animated mayhem of win (need I say more?!). Check them all out as they've given me some enjoyment since I first found them.

I've also been playing around with the "latest" bar down the bottom. It doesn't display all that much data, as it is, so I'm looking to make something that takes up less space but delivers data better, while still being intuitive. Here's a sneak peek:

New previous layout

I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record when I say this, but the forums really are nearing completion. I've just spent the day standardising all the CSS and getting things slimmed down. I've also managed to fix (as far as I have been able to test, anyway) the crazy column/row spacing problems on the site that have been here since I implemented this design. As a footnote to that, I'll add that I've still not implemented ANY hacks. Just remember you can do fairly complex designs without them.

Other than that, have a damned fine Christmas. That's an order.
